Valaba Machine Tools offers reliable and efficient screw air compressors designed to provide a continuous supply of compressed air for industrial, manufacturing, engineering, and workshop applications. Screw compressors use a rotary screw air-end, consisting of a pair of rotors, to efficiently compress air and deliver dependable performance for demanding applications. Working Principle The main part of a screw compressor is the air-end, which consists of a pair of rotors. The male rotor is driven by an electric motor, which powers the compression process. Atmospheric air enters the compressor through an inlet filter and suction control valve. The compressed air-oil mixture generated in the air-end then flows into the air-oil separator, where the oil is separated from the compressed air. The separated oil passes through an oil filter and, after being cooled in the oil cooler, is returned to the compressor system for reuse. The compressed air passes through an air cooler before moving to the air receiver and downstream application. The complete compressor operation is managed through a system of control valves and sequencing, with the compressor's operation controlled through electrical/electronic control systems for reliable and efficient performance.
