Models Available The Column Type Surface Grinding Machine is available in two configurations: Aarti H-3 – Maximum table size: 750 × 300 mm Aarti H-4 – Maximum table size: 1000 × 300 mm Both models are designed with hydraulic table movement and a convenient wheel-dressing mechanism for efficient grinding operations. The base is hand-scraped to achieve fine tolerances and accuracy. Precision Grinding Head The grinding wheel spindle is hardened and ground and supported by precision angular-contact bearings. The spindle drive uses a flange-mounted motor with flexible coupling for smooth operation. V & Flat Guideways The reciprocating table incorporates V & Flat guideways lined with Turcite-B, helping provide smooth table movement and reliable long-term performance. Hydraulic Table Movement A separate hydraulic power pack with a 24 V DC pilot-operated solenoid valve provides controlled table operation and smooth reversal. Infinitely Variable Cross Feed The cross feed operates through a lead screw and nut. Automatic cross feed is provided at table reversal, while an electronic control system allows the feed to be adjusted for the desired accuracy and surface finish. Vibration-Free Operation The rigid construction and controlled hydraulic movement are designed to support stable grinding and consistent finishing performance. Valaba Machine Tools offers reliable and efficient screw air compressors designed to provide a continuous supply of compressed air for industrial, manufacturing, engineering, and workshop applications. Screw compressors use a rotary screw air-end, consisting of a pair of rotors, to efficiently compress air and deliver dependable performance for demanding applications. Working Principle The main part of a screw compressor is the air-end, which consists of a pair of rotors. The male rotor is driven by an electric motor, which powers the compression process. Atmospheric air enters the compressor through an inlet filter and suction control valve. The compressed air-oil mixture generated in the air-end then flows into the air-oil separator, where the oil is separated from the compressed air. The separated oil passes through an oil filter and, after being cooled in the oil cooler, is returned to the compressor system for reuse. The compressed air passes through an air cooler before moving to the air receiver and downstream application. The complete compressor operation is managed through a system of control valves and sequencing, with the compressor's operation controlled through electrical/electronic control systems for reliable and efficient performance. Steel Body Under Crank Shearing Machine. Frame : The Frame is fabricated from steel plates of is 226 Grade. The frame is designed to take heavy loads. The interlocked design put the direct support to frame. Thus frame is strain free and eliminates welds at load supports. Thus the Accuracy of The Machine is never disturbed. Upper Beam : Upper beam is fabricated with thick M.S. Plate. It is Heavily ribbed from behind and is stress relived. The top blade is fitted at its accurately machined seat. Its sliding surface are machined and hand scrapped for smooth travel and sustained accurately. Guide Ways : Accurately machined guide ways keep the beam in its bearing throughout the stroke. A taper wedge is provide to compensate for the wear and to facilitate quick setting of the blade clearance.
